FITTINGS IN STORE
- Starting August 22nd clients will be served on a first come first serve basis. We ask that all families come in with a sense of humour and patience, our staff will assist them as soon as they can.
- Our stores open at 9:00am and close at 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday and we will be open on Labour day from 9:00-5:30.
- As each of our locations service different schools please feel free to email info@cambridgeuniforms.com if you are unsure which store to visit.
PLACING ORDERS
- Orders that are placed after August 15th will be processed as quickly as possible.
- The most efficient way to place your order will be online, your order will be processed promptly and your order will be shipped to your home. Shipping rates do apply.
- If your school is not online families may email or call their orders in as well as visit our store.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- If your school allows returns to be left with the reception, the next scheduled pick up for returns is on September 9th at your school. This does not apply to all schools.
- Families requiring a return or exchange prior to this date must ship their return to Cambridge Uniforms directly (we suggest using Canada Post), this will expedite the process of individual orders.
- If there is a need for a rush return or exchange our suggestion is that a new order be placed. The returned goods can be sent back with the school pick up on September 9th and Cambridge Uniforms will issue a refund once received.
- Below this email is a copy of our Return/Exchange form, which can also be found on our website at http://www.cambridgeuniforms.com/returns. All returns must be accompanied by this form.
